I recently bought a home in St. Petersburg, Florida.
I started out doing my own research on line and called several realtors to help me. Stephanie was the only one that answered! she got my business. I flew into town from my home in Hawaii and we went through my list driving around looking and looking all the while she showed me areas and told me stories and tid-bits of knowledge to help me narrow down the search.The next day she picked me up at my hotel and she had a list…saying “now that I know your style I have several places for us to look at,” adding that the first one we were to see was just up my alley…and it was!
The escrow process was a breeze thanks to Stephanie knowing the right folks to deal with, the title co., the home inspector, the pest inspector, and the insurance person. They were professional and got it done lickety-split! Stephanie did not miss a beat, and left nothing un-turned.
I am now the proud owner of a wonderful, sweet, home in St. Petersburg thanks to Stephanie Passman.
