Stephanie Is Hands Down the Best Realtor – Review

To whom it may concern,

I have never had this happen before with a realtor so I want to share my extraordinary experience buying my property with the help of my realtor, Stephanie Passman.

It began around April of 2012 and she was on the listing of one of the properties I was interested in. Long story short, I was looking for a great deal and so I started looking at short sales and foreclosures. We must have looked at least 10 to 15 properties of all price ranges from 35000 to 350000. Through all this she never wavered on her dedication, never got tired of looking at properties, and would always give her opinion good or bad on what she thought of the property with sincerity and honesty. I have rarely in my many years of buying properties had a realtor tell me not to buy something I looked at. It was the first time I felt like the value of what I was investing in was more important than the realtor’s commission.

After all these viewings, I had to take a break from looking for properties because of personal concerns. At this time, Stephanie’s professionalism really shined. She was very sympathetic and courteous, and assured me she would be ready to help out again if and when I was able to start looking at properties again. About 3 months later I was back in the market and so I called Stephanie and asked her if we could start looking again. Once again , I never felt she was in a hurry for me to find something. She had become more like a friend who was truly looking out for my best interests. Finally, I found a property which I truly felt was exactly what I wanted to invest in. Had it not been for her patience and had she not been listening to me from the beginning of our journey in finding me the perfect property, I am sure I would have ended up with something not worth investing in or worse yet something that was not worth what I paid for it.

Stephanie is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. If you want a realtor that is truly concerned about you and where your money is going to be spent, I would highly recommend you call Stephanie and have your best realtor experience ever!
