Stephanie Helped Us Find the House of Our Dreams – Review

I found Stephanie through realtor.com by chance. I am so glad that I did find her, because she helped us find the house of our dreams! Stephanie was always available even when she was on vacation with her husband. She organized a house showing for us while she was out of town. Stephanie helped us set the MLS search to narrow down the houses in the St. Petersburg area to our liking. When our house popped up I called her the next morning and she arranged a showing that day! She gave us great advice of what to offer and when to offer. There were lots of offers on the house so we had to be competitive and stand above the crowd. To sweeten the deal, Stephanie personally wrote a letter to the sellers’ agent about us to let them know that we wanted to start our family there and would love to have the house. When they finally accepted our offer the real work began with negotiating which, Stephanie helped us every step of the way. Also, while in the process of trying to close, our lender was dragging their feet and not organized. So, without hesitation Stephanie connected us with her people, and within 3 weeks we closed! I can honestly say that if we did not have Stephanie we would not be in this house.
