I had lived in Florida for a few years and moved back to Ohio. I decided I wanted to buy a vacation condo in the St Pete Beach area; I contacted many agents who never responded to my left messages or they promised they would get back to me and never did. Luckily I finally found someone to show me 2 condos while I was on vacation and I bought one of them. I absolutely loved the area but decided I wanted to buy a larger unit that I could retire to. I didn’t want to use the agent that helped me buy the property because she was retiring and she had mixed up many things during the purchase.

I was calling on several listings when I happened across Stephanie. She quickly set me up to start receiving listing updates and talked with me several times before my next trip to the area. Once I got down to St Pete we finally got to meet; she toured the condo I wanted to sell and we spent an entire day looking at condos for me to purchase. Before the week was up she had brochures printed and the sign and the lock box on my property. Once I was back in Ohio she communicated with me regularly on the status of my listing. Even though it was a lower priced listing she still did open houses and treated it like a higher priced listing. When we finally got an offer she was a hard negotiator on my behalf and helped me get a fair price. For me the purchase of another condo is on hold however she is still sending me listing updates so I can watch the real estate trends in the area.
