Review of Stephanie Passman

Our relationship started in February 2012 when we stumbled upon Stephanie’s website and she immediately e-mailed us with her contact information and a password to login to her website.  We found her website was easy to work with and we were able to focus in on the towns and type of condos that we were interested in.  Most of the properties listed had enough detail and pictures for us to be able to eliminate them or save and request more information.

After finding several condos in the St. Petersburg area we decided to make the trip from Connecticut and physically meet with Stephanie in April 2012.  Upon meeting with her and spending several days looking at condos we realized that while we didn’t find the “right” condo we did find a realtor that was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and that we really felt comfortable with.

When we returned home we continued our search via e-mail and phone.  Stephanie was always very responsive when we needed her to take additional pictures of the condos or obtain measurements of doorways, hallways and bathrooms.  My wife is in a wheelchair and we had a fairly long list of “needs” which made our condo search challenging but Stephanie was certainly up to the task.

In March of 2013 we found a condo that looked like it would work for us and contacted Stephanie.  She responded back to us stating that she would get pictures and information to us as soon as possible.  After viewing the pictures and getting measurement information we decided to go for it and make an offer.  Stephanie worked with us during the negotiations providing valuable insight and contacts with professional services necessary to close the deal.

On a personal note Stephanie went out of her way to help us with the closing.  Flying in from Connecticut, we were on a tight schedule and wanted to close on a specific day and Stephanie found a way to make that happen.  She allowed us to send boxes of bedding and an air mattress so that we could spend our first week in our new condo!  We were very grateful and blessed that she stayed with us from start to finish and we would highly recommend her.
