We were in Florida vacationing and thought of retiring here with the children. We saw some houses on the Realtor.com website for St. Petersburg, Florida. I called many agents and some did respond but they didn’t know what I was looking for exactly. So we called a few more and finally we found Stephanie Passman. We scheduled an appointment to see some homes. I told her I was on a deadline since we were leaving to go back to Chicago. She set up the appointments and told me some homes were better than others, and some were just what I needed. That was greatly appreciated.
We looked at a lot of homes, and the houses were always not what we expected from the pictures, and not exactly what we wanted, and not quite the right money. But finally Stephanie showed us our dream house and informed us she had saved the best for last. She was exactly right, it was the best house ever with all great amenities. I was amazed at all the details Stephanie mentioned, and explained how it’s a remarkable house, well taken care of – this was very helpful.
Stephanie was a great inspiration for us. She explained everything and got us answers quickly and very informatively with all our requests and questions we asked her. She advised us on our options always, and referred us to great financial people like Sean Moore, and insurance companies. It was just what we needed to make our lives easier. Stephanie helped us through thick and thin with all our many confusions during closing. We would like to thank her for all her hard work and guidance it was greatly appreciated.
