I have lived in the Metro Tampa Bay area for about 6 years. I found myself needing to buy a home within the last year and I called many real estate agents in an attempt to find a good buyer’s agent. It became apparent that many of them seemed unwilling to take the time to talk to me, do house searches for me, or even show me listings. It was just about the time that I was giving up on finding a good agent in the area when I received a call back from one of the best agents in the area, Stephanie Passman. Stephanie always made time in her very busy schedule to talk with me, search for listings, and yes, even show me houses. Stephanie had her work cut out for her though because the market that we are living in is brutal and the buyer must be aggressive and have an agent that is aggressive as well, Stephanie is!
We looked at many houses and wrote offers on at least 10 before we got one that was right for us. Even when we were frustrated with offers that didn’t pan out and houses that did not meet our needs, Stephanie encouraged us to continue our search and explained that our house is out there calling our name but we just wasn’t close enough to it to hear it’s cries yet. We did eventually find the house that we wanted and our offer was accepted but even then Stephanie continued to work hard for us to make sure that the loan was on track, the inspections were scheduled and carried out, and the needed repairs were negotiated to our advantage. We closed on our house today and we owe great gratitude to Stephanie and her in-depth knowledge of real estate both as a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. It goes without saying that if we ever wish to sell our home that we will be calling Stephanie. Oh, did I mention that she’s also fun to hang out with while you’re looking for houses?
