We are from out of state and had been looking for a vacation home for several months working with another agent. After three or four frustrating trips, we were considering giving up. Stephanie handled all of it like a” Rock Star”… many times doing the work and untangling the messes of everyone else involved, from the seller’s agent to our lenders. I have absolutely no doubt that without her expertise in every phase of the process, our closing would not have happened.
Doing this from a distance, it was so comforting knowing that she was there looking out for us. Stephanie was always quick to respond to our questions with honest answers. Almost nothing was out of her expertise but if she didn’t have an answer she researched until she found one. Both my husband and I soon came to highly value her counsel. I don’t know how she does it with her many clients but she made us feel like we were her number one priority. (I don’t think she sleeps)
