My husband and I were looking to buy a house in St Petersburg. We called about a home we saw on the Internet. Stephanie returned our call promptly and we decided to meet with her and see if she might be our “eyes and ears” in Florida since we reside in Wisconsin. We toured many homes with her and she was always honest and knowledgeable of the pros and cons of each residence. She was very diligent about seeing the houses as quickly as possible and letting me know what she thought. We established a relationship of TRUST where if she said NO to a house, I knew my husband and I wouldn’t like it. Saved us needless and costly trips down to look at houses that wouldn’t work for us. I knew she would find us the right house and she did!!
As a consumer I have been so frustrated with the automation of relationships…you go through a series of standardized prompts to get any kind of customer service. With Stephanie I would call or text and would get an answer within hours…but many times within minutes. This made me feel like what was important to ME, mattered to her…
She has answered countless questions not only about the house purchase itself, but has walked me through the other things we need to address as we establish a Florida residence. Through this whole experience we felt Stephanie “had our backs” and protected us at every turn.
