Here’s a nice recommendation I received recently from a first-time home buyer I helped find the perfect home. There were multiple issues that arose during the process, on the seller side, but she persisted and held to our course – and we got there in the end. It’s not just a matter of getting an offer accepted, you still have to get all the way to closing, and this path can be fraught with difficulty. And now she’s home! Always a great feeling.
We found Stephanie through the Realtor.com app when we started to browse for our very first home. From the very first showing, we knew we we were going to like working with her. Stephanie is a straight shooter and tells it like it is, which I appreciated as a first time home buyer. She is very familiar with the St. Petersburg area, especially the neighborhood we were looking to purchase in. Throughout our search, we had life events come up, like anyone does, that would put our house hunting efforts on hold, but Stephanie would be right there waiting to show us another house when we were ready. Nothing was ever forced and we were able to look and shop on our own terms with her help and guidance.
We closed on our very first home today and couldn’t have done it without her. We learned so much through this process. Stephanie was always there to answer all of our questions and explain each part of the home buying process. She referred us to a great group of professionals, i.e home inspectors and mortgage companies, who were just outstanding to work. We can’t wait to get moved in into our new home. We will be recommending Stephanie to all of our friends who start to venture out on this home buying process!
