Here’s a review I received just this week from some dear clients I’ve been working with all year. I’m very pleased I could help turn their uncertainties into a dream home for them!
We started our home search, with a lot of uncertainty, in February of 2013. Given the economy and our personal situation, the idea of selling a home seemed impossible. Stephanie was one of the first to respond to an online inquiry that I had. She came to view our home and talk things over in regards to the house and local market.
She was very thorough and honest. I can say that both [my husband] and I have appreciated her view points and honesty. We didn’t list our house until August. Throughout that time she was patient and took our important home qualities as her professional passion. We created a relationship based on that first day that I met her, to say that first impressions are important is an understatement. Given the competition she was, and is still, so sincere.
Stephanie sold our home in six days! Wow, that was fast! We quickly lost the uncertainty and questionable economy. She expedited and organized the inspections and repairs. In our eyes she goes above and beyond any expectations that one may have of their realtor. She was amazing, we feel so fortunate to have had her represent us. Thank you Stephanie, awesome job!!
