She Took Ownership of Our Search – Review

My wife and I had almost give up our search for a new home. We experienced an absolute nightmare with another realtor and were told to just “hang in there…the market will get better.” This was incredibly frustrating having saved money and prepared for the new home purchase the best we could. We would find homes and ask for showings with no response. Later we would meet with listing agents that would tell us the opposite and ensure us that there are great homes out there in your price range and desired neighborhood. This was incredibly frustrating and we had accepted the idea that we would just have to buy a home without a realtor and rely on the listing agent.

I clicked a request a showing button off of a website and within five minutes had a call from Stephanie. The timing was crucial because there was an open house that weekend and we wanted to see it prior. Although that home wasn’t for us, Stephanie assured me that we would find a home and she took ownership of our search immediately! My wife was excited but I wasn’t ready to go all in. Stephanie was able to balance my wife’s eagerness and respect my hesitation based on prior experience. She was absolutely amazing and within one week Stephanie found us our dream home, and made it a reality. It was a genuine pleasure to work with her, as she went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted, talk us through the details, and negotiate an amazing deal. She’s responsive, communicative, and makes sure the process of buying a home is as transparent as humanly possible. She takes ownership of her clients’ happiness, and it shows.
