Impossible Without Stephanie’s Knowledge – Review

I found Stephanie Passman’s contact information on-line while looking for single-family properties on Tierra Verde and from the minute I met Stephanie Passman in person, I knew I had chosen the right realtor! We had been looking for property on Tierra Verde for a few years and were at the point where we were ready to make a move. Stephanie spent a good 7 months working with us relentlessly to find a property that fit our very specific guidelines. Each time we found a “new” property we wanted to see, Stephanie would make the arrangements and would be there to walk thru the property with us. On many of the properties, she would point out things we had not even noticed. She was very honest and up front about the pros and cons of each property. She spent a great deal of time researching and providing us with thorough documentation to assist us through the process.

We actually made offers on 2 properties through Stephanie. On the property that we ended up buying, Stephanie was instrumental in negotiating a very difficult short-sale transaction that made it possible for us to end up with our dream home. Without Stephanie’s knowledge, I am confident that this would not have been possible. Every time we had questions or needed her assistance, she made herself available. She was always able to answer our questions and put us at ease with the fact that we were being represented by someone who really cared about us and our needs.

Through Stephanie’s contacts, the home inspection and closing process were a breeze. We travel a lot, but had no concerns, as Stephanie sent us any documents that needed signing electronically. We had some existing tile in the home that we wanted to match and she went so far as to make contact with the owners who had previously installed the existing tile to find out where they had purchased it. She even introduced me to a contact with a local tile store that I ended up purchasing items necessary for the new installation.

We would definitely utilize Stephanie again and suggest that if you are looking to purchase a new home, you do the same. You will not be disappointed!
