Selling your home takes a lot of preparation, usually more than people realize. But when you’ve done all the preliminary work, things can move very quickly, as was the case with this property. When it came time to sell my mother’s house in St. Petersburg we relied on input from my daughter who was previously in real estate. We were referred to Stephanie Passman.
